Halo Head Chapter 2 is now available worldwide across major digital music platforms and online stores, marking another milestone in a story that has grown far beyond where it first began.
What started as music has become something much bigger: a continuing story told through songs, artwork, characters, and raw emotion.
Chapter 2 carries that story forward.
From the quiet moments to the louder ones, from love and uncertainty to connection, hope and everything in between, this chapter adds another layer to the Halo Head universe, and opens the door to what comes next.

Picking up precisely where the debut album Halo Head concluded, with the experimental instrumental “Wait”, we step boldly into the second chapter of the saga with, Halo Head: Entangled.
From the outset, the narrative and emotional landscape shifts distinctly, crystallized in Al Rafael’s open admission: he would gladly bind himself to Halo, even taking her name. This simple declaration signals a profound transformation in their dynamic, far removed from the uncertainties of the beginning.

Through key tracks “Isle 3,” “Days Like This,” and “Colours,” the contrast to the first record becomes undeniable.

Track 5, “Agonised” introduces a striking new energy: vivid, almost sensual. Here, Rafael’s confession no longer carries the frantic weight of the first Halo Head album; it is grounded, assured, and edged with a deeper intimacy. Yet anxiety has not vanished entirely. “Home” and “Cross to Bear” lay bare moments of tender love, fragile faith, heartache, and adoration, balancing strength with vulnerability, before “Vertigo” elevates the tone, framing Halo as a revered presence, lifted high in Rafael’s heart.
The album then circles back to a more primal intensity in “One Last Nerve” and “Sleepless,” where Rafael grapples with desire to deepen an already profound closeness. Their bond now operates on a far more complex emotional plane than seen even in the debut’s standout “Kin.”

A gentle turning point arrives with “It’s All You,” appearing as a response to an unspoken dialogue. It addresses Halo’s lingering doubt: she has not yet fully accepted that these songs belong to her alone. Then “Hand in Hand” expands the horizon, offering a window into their emerging world. It highlights the warm bond between Rafael’s daughter, known affectionately as “The Kid”, and Halo, affirming the formation of a true family unit, echoing the themes first touched upon in “Isle 3.”
The narrative arc then shifts dramatically through a trio of interconnected tracks. “Suddenly Somehow” reveals Halo looking back at Rafael with a near equal clarity, a symmetry that has been building throughout the record. They now walk in a much closer and more affectionate way, their gaze reflecting a depth far deeper connection to what came before.
“I Promise” broadens this into a vow for everyday life: Rafael commits not just to hardship, but to joy and the ordinary moments too, imagining them as an older couple looking back on these foundational years.
Finally, “The Will of the Father” takes a metaphysical turn: the old pleas for attention are gone, replaced by a conviction of purpose. Rafael frames their meeting and romance not merely as chance, but as part of a divine design, heaven itself having a hand in their story.

The final vocal track, “Pay Attention,” circles back to the roots of the saga, echoing second album (Sinner to Saint) breakthrough release with “Still Believing in Something (Halo Head).” It revisits the moment Rafael first encountered Halo: the memory of the girl pushing a wheelchair, the sudden, undeniable pull that compelled him to take notice and follow toward the destiny that would name her Halo Head.
The chapter closes with a cinematic musical epic, a style fast becoming a hallmark of the Halo Head discography. “Halo Head: FINALE – À SUIVRE”, French for “to be continued” teases what lies ahead. The composition itself is melodic and inspiring, fitting news that Halo Head Chapter 3 recording begun alongside this album, will arrive later this year, accompanied by additional projects in the works.

"Halo and I are super close, and yeah, I have some very big, very serious feelings for her, I love her, and this from a man who had his walls up when she and I met, her walls were up too. I don't know what the future holds or where this goes though, I know what I want, and I live through hope and faith, a ton of prayers for that. She means the whole world is all, so, yeah, I'm not too big to admit that I've fallen for the girl who put a halo in my head... I'm still falling to be fair.
