If you ask Halo herself, she’ll probably tell you that the journey up to this point has been nothing short of surreal.

There was a time when she was simply living her life... no drama, no grand expectations, and honestly, she was perfectly okay with that. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, this guy appeared in her world… and suddenly, everything changed.

And, as it turns out, the same can be said for me.

Hey, I’m Al Rafael.

Neither of us really saw the other coming. There was no master plan, no carefully written script, it simply happened. One day, I asked Halo out on a date… and she said no.

And I mean no.

Brutal.

For a brief moment, I genuinely thought the ground beneath me was about to shatter. Which, in hindsight, probably explains the lyrics in Halo Head: Holy Crap

“… Sunday shoes on a carpet glass floor.”

Yeah… that one still makes me laugh.

But somewhere along the way, things began to change.

Not suddenly. Not forcefully. There was no great moment where everything fell perfectly into place. Instead, it happened gently... naturally... one conversation, one idea, one moment at a time.

And somehow, without either of us really noticing it happening, those moments began bringing us closer together.

What started as Al Rafael creating Halo Head tracks gradually became something much bigger:

AR Halo Head.

The Musician and The Muse.

Two people trying to understand each other, discovering what happens when creativity, connection, and circumstance collide, and, in the process, creating an entire universe of music, characters, stories, and moments along the way.

It was never something we set out to create.

It simply became something we couldn't ignore.

And now, after everything that has happened so far, there’s really only one question left hanging in the air…

A question the world seems to be asking...
